BROWARD SHERIFF’S OFFICE – SWAT TEAM AND BOMB SQUAD

You do NOT want to miss this one!! We have a very special day with BSO’s SWAT team and Bomb Squad!! We start the day with a breakfast at Ferrari of Ft. Lauderdale, followed by a group drive to an undisclosed private location, where we will meet with BSO special units. We will have demonstrations and the ability to view and touch many items of equipment and vehicles used, including the following:
- Bearcat armoured truck,
- Bomb Squad truck,
- Bomb Squad robotics and x-rays,
- Breaching/rappelling vehicle,
- Bomb technician suits,
- SWAT equipment,
- SWAT vehicles, and more!!!
Yes, we will get to shoot SWAT firearms, and yes, of course, we will have a bomb demonstration and blow stuff up!!!.
